 Sport Injuries

There are many great herbs and formulas used to treat Martial Arts and Sport Injuries. Each teacher has his own formula and family formulas which he passes down to his students.We have broken Tradition and made available to the public, some of our Dit Da products.We are also adding more Dit Da Jow formulas in the near future We have also included products based on the three stages of healing which have also been made available to the public in some recent books and publications. STAGE 1- For use right after injury


(within the first 24-36 hours).

Dit Da Jow Liniment - all kinds of bumps, bruises, strains, sprains, muscle pulls.
Inflamation Powder (Herbal Ice) - use in place of ice to reduce swelling and stimulate fast healing.
Yan Hu Suo Zhi Tong- Herbal aspirin, for relief of pain. Yan Hu Suo has about 1% the strength as opium and can yield an analgesic up to 45% the strength of morphine.
Qi Ye Lian- Treatment of muscle,joint pain,low back pain, sciatica, headache,menstrual pain, pain due to trauma.

STAGE 2 - (2nd-3rd week) after inflammation is gone but it's still sore.


(Do NOT use these if the area feels warm or hot.)

Tendon Jow - sore tendons, ligaments, muscles due to sprains & strains that just don't seem to heal or for tears that simply require a longer healing period. Stimulates healing to the area. Lightly warming.
Strained Sinew Soak - more potent than tendon lotion as the soak is more penetrating than the liniment.

STAGE 3- (Chronic) this stage begins 3-4 weeks after the injury.


Swelling/inflamation are gone but stiffness & aching pain may remain.

Tendon Jow - warming and effective when sinew injuries are aggravated by cold.
Bone Mending Powder - strengthens bones, ligaments, sinews; especially good for over-stretched ligaments in the ankle, wrist, from such things as football, soccer, martial arts such as chin na, or Sombo, BJJ grappling locks.
Medicated Bruise Plaster - warm plaster, perfect for stage 3,can wear all day, even while training
