Indications:
This product is to aid digestion and to strengthen the whole digestive system. Use this product if you feel tired, and have bloating and weakness and feel a sense of heaviness in your body related to any of the illness described below.

Standard Dosage:
9-10 (4.5 - 5 teaspoons) grams per day.

Clinical Dosage:
For children aged 0-3, use up to 1/4 of the adult dosage, for children 3-7 up to 1/3 of the adult dosage, and for children aged 7-13 up to 1/2 of the adult dosage. May be mixed with juice or milk. For infants, dissolve in warm water and administer 1/2 to 1 tsp to back of throat with eye dropper. Administer half an hour before or one hour after eating. In severe cases or in the initial phases of treatment, a 25% increase in dosage may be used, then reduced to a maintenance dose as the treatment takes effect. May be used medium-term for a few weeks to a few months. Once acute signs of cold damp are resolved, this formula should be discontinued and long-term treatment be continued with an appropriate constitutional formula. Monitor for signs of Yin deficiency.

Ingredients:
Atractylodes lancea rhizome, Magnolia officinalis bark, Citrus reticulata peel, Glycyrrhiza uralensis root, Zingiber officinale rhizome-fresh, Ziziphus jujuba fruit. - Cang zhu, Hou po, Chen pi, Gan cao, Sheng jiang, Da zao.

Cautions & Contraindications:
Use with caution in Yin and Blood deficiency. Use with caution during pregnancy.
